Pursuant to art. II, sec. 9, Constitution of the State of Alaska, the Third Special Session of the House of Representatives for the Twenty-Fifth Legislature ended at midnight, July 2, 2008. The following Governor's proclamation dated July 1, 2008, was received: "Under the authority of art. II, sec. 9, and art.
