Representatives Chenault, Holmes, and Meyer were absent and their presence was noted later. Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that Representative Foster be excused from a call of the House each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 1:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., for the remainder of the legislative session and special sessions.
