    "An Act establishing a higher education savings program for                                                                 
    eligible children who were placed in out-of-home care by the                                                                
    state; and providing for confidentiality of identifying information

Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                   
CSSB 76(HES) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading,                                                                
and placed on final passage.  There being no objection, it was so                                                               
CSSB 76(HES) was read the third time.
