Senators Guess, Huggins were excused from a call of the Senate. The invocation was offered by Anna Sutton, solo violinist, who performed a medley of Londonderry Air and Loch Lomond. Senator Green led the Senate in the Pledge of Allegiance. Certification Senator Gary Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the journal for the twenty-fifth legislative day be approved as certified by the Secretary. Without objection, it was so ordered. Reconsideration of Senate Bills SB 2002 Senator Gary Stevens requested that the reconsideration on CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 2002(JUD) be taken up. The bill was before the Senate on reconsideration. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 2002(JUD) "An Act conferring original jurisdiction on the Alaska Supreme Court for the purpose of providing judicial review of a 2006-06-04 Senate Journal Page 3562 contract executed under the Alaska Stranded Gas Development Act, and setting the time in which a final agency decision of the commissioner of revenue made under that Act, the constitutionality of a law authorizing a contract enacted under that Act, or the enforceability of a contract executed under a law authorizing a contract enacted under that Act must be legally challenged and by whom; and providing for an effective date" pass the Senate?" Senator Gary Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the effective date clause. Without objection, it was so ordered and the bill was referred to the Secretary for engrossment. Unfinished Business Senator Bunde moved and asked unanimous consent to be excused from a call of the Senate from plane time, June 9 to June 27 Without objection, Senator Bunde was excused. Senator Wagoner moved and asked unanimous consent to be excused from a call of the Senate from June 19 to June 24.
