Senators Guess, Hoffman were excused from a call of the Senate. Senator Kookesh was absent. The prayer was offered by the Chaplain, Amanda Green. SB 2004 Senator Gary Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE BILL NO. 2004 "An Act relating to the Alaska Stranded Gas Development Act, including clarifications or provision of additional authority for the development of stranded gas fiscal contract terms; making a conforming amendment to the Revised Uniform Arbitration Act; relating to municipal impact money received under the terms of a stranded gas fiscal contract; and providing for an effective date" which had been held on the Secretary's desk (page 3533) be taken up for the purpose of referral.
