Representatives Foster and Weyhrauch had been previously excused from a call of the House today. Representatives Kott, McGuire, and Rokeberg were absent and their presence was noted later. The invocation was offered by Anna Sutton, House Page, who performed a violin solo of America the Beautiful. The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Representative Gatto. CERTIFICATION OF THE JOURNAL Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the journal for the 29th legislative day of the Second Special Session be approved as certified by the Assistant Chief Clerk. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Berkowitz moved and asked unanimous consent that the House advance to Reports of Special Committees. The Speaker granted the limited powers of free conference as requested. Representative Coghill moved that the House adopt the Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference report, thus adopting CCS SB 2001. Representative Coghill placed a call of the House. **The presence of Representative McGuire and Rokeberg was noted. The call was satisfied. The question being: "Shall the House adopt the Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference report?" ADJOURNMENT Representative Kott moved and asked unanimous consent that the Second Special Session of the House of Representatives for the Twenty-fourth Legislature adjourn sine die.
