Elkins had been previously excused from a call of the House today.                                  
                                                                                                    
The invocation was offered by the Chaplain, Jesse Kiehl of the                                      
Congregation Sukkot Shalom.  Representative Dahlstrom moved and                                     
asked unanimous consent that the invocation be spread on the journal.
