REPORTS OF STANDING COMMITTEES HB 461 The State Affairs Committee has considered: HOUSE BILL NO. 461 "An Act relating to disclosure to the Alaska Public Offices Commission of information about certain income received as compensation for personal services by legislators, public members of the Select Committee on Legislative Ethics, and legislative directors subject to the provisions of law setting standards of conduct for legislative branch officers and employees; and providing for an effective date." and recommends it be replaced with: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 461(STA) "An Act relating to disclosure to the Alaska Public Offices Commission of information about certain income received as compensation for personal services by legislators, public members of the Select Committee on Legislative Ethics, and legislative directors subject to the provisions of the Legislative Ethics Act; and providing for an effective date." 2006-04-14 House Journal Page 3166 The report was signed by Representative Seaton, Chair, with the following individual recommendations: Do pass (1): Gardner No recommendation (3): Gruenberg, Elkins, Seaton The following fiscal note(s) apply to CSHB 461(STA): 1.
