Almighty and Everlasting God, Creator of Heaven, Earth and the Universe: Help us to be, to think, to act what is right, because it is right; make us truthful, honest, and honorable in all things; make us intellectually honest for the sake of right and honor and without thought of reward to ourselves. Give us the ability to be charitable, forgiving, and patient with our fellowmen--help me to understand their motives and their shortcomings--even as Thou understandest mine! Amen The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Representative Meyer. 2005-05-19 House Journal Page 2052 CERTIFICATION OF THE JOURNAL Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the journal for the 7th and 8th legislative days of the First Special Session be approved as certified by the Chief Clerk.
