I realize, recognize, and respect the fact that we come from different religious backgrounds. I invite you to join me in a time of prayer and reflection of the beliefs and values each of us has. Let us pray: My Heavenly Father, my prayer for this legislative body today is that their love will grow more and more; that they will have knowledge and understanding with Your love; that each will see the difference between good and bad, and each will choose the good; that each will be pure and without wrong; that they will do many good things with the help of Christ to bring glory and praise to You, O God. Because it is in the Name of Jesus, I pray. The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Representative Fate. 2003-01-29 House Journal Page 0084 CERTIFICATION OF THE JOURNAL Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the journal for the seventh and eighth legislative days be approved as certified by the Chief Clerk.
