And so, CSSB 26(STA) passed the House on reconsideration.                                           
                                                                                                    
Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                   
roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the                             
effective date clause.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                
                                                                                                    
CSSB 26(STA) was signed by the Speaker and Chief Clerk and                                          
returned to the Senate.                                                                             
                                                                                                    
                                                                                                    
SB 148                                                                                            
Representative Dahlstrom gave notice of reconsideration of the vote                                 
on SB 148 (page 1926).  Representative Dahlstrom moved and asked                                    
unanimous consent that reconsideration of SB 148 be taken up on the                                 
same day.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                             
                                                                                                    
The following was again before the House in third reading:                                          
                                                                                                    
    SENATE BILL NO. 148                                                                             
    "An Act relating to allowable absences for certain members of the                               
    armed forces and their spouses and dependents for purposes of                                   
    eligibility for permanent fund dividends; and providing for an                                  
    effective date."
