    "An Act relating to an optional election to prevent the name and                                
    address of a permanent fund dividend applicant from being                                       
    disclosed, except to a state or federal agency."

    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 411(STA)                                                                  
    "An Act making information on a permanent fund dividend                                         
    application, other than the applicant's name, confidential, and                                 
    relating to disclosure of that confidential information."
