Representative Ogan was excused from a call of the House today because of illness. Representatives Crawford, Croft, Davies, and Guess were absent and their presence was noted later. The invocation was offered by Representative Meyer, Chaplain Designee. Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the invocation be spread on the journal. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Let us pray, Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for another beautiful day in Juneau. We pray that You will watch over and protect our friend and colleague Scott Ogan. We hope that he is back to one hundred percent very soon. We pray too, that You will give us the strength and wisdom to make the right decisions for the people of Alaska who have placed their trust in us to represent them.
