Representatives Fate, Foster, Kookesh, and Ogan had been previously excused from a call of the House today. Representatives Crawford, Croft, Mulder, and Rokeberg were absent and their presence was noted later. Representative Moses was absent and later excused. Representative Williams was absent. The invocation was offered by Pastor Sam Dalin of the River of Glory Church. Representative Hudson moved and asked unanimous consent that the invocation be spread on the journal.
