The Speaker stated that, without objection, the following will be                                   
returned to the Rules Committee:                                                                    
                                                                                                    
    SENATE BILL NO. 2007 am(brf sup maj fld)                                                        
    "An Act making supplemental appropriations from the general                                     
    fund; and providing for an effective date."                                                     
                                                                                                    
And so, SB 2007 am (brf sup maj fld) was returned to the Rules                                      
Committee.
