Full Journal pdf2001-02-28 House Journal Page 0470 HB 4 The Transportation Committee has considered: 2001-02-28 House Journal Page 0471 HOUSE BILL NO. 4 "An Act relating to offenses involving operating a motor vehicle, aircraft, or watercraft while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage or controlled substance; relating to implied consent to take a chemical test; relating to registration of motor vehicles; relating to presumptions arising from the amount of alcohol in a person's breath or blood; and providing for an effective date." and recommends it be replaced with: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 4(TRA) "An Act relating to offenses involving operating a motor vehicle, aircraft, or watercraft while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage or controlled substance; relating to court records of a conviction involving a violation of the Alaska Uniform Vehicle Code or another law, regulation, or ordinance regulating the driving of vehicles; relating to implied consent to take a chemical test; relating to registration of motor vehicles; relating to presumptions arising from the amount of alcohol in a person's breath or blood; relating to the definition of 'controlled substance' for purposes of the Alaska Uniform Vehicle Code; and providing for an effective date."
