Representative James moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 2002(FIN), thus adopting SCS CSHB 2002(RLS) am S and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 2002(FIN)?"
