Senators Donley, Hoffman were excused from a call of the Senate. Senator Lincoln was absent. Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that Senator Lincoln be excused from a call of the Senate due to illness. Without objection, it was so ordered. The prayer was offered by the Chaplain, Father Mike Nash of the Cathedral of the Nativity Catholic Church. Senator Miller led the Senate in the Pledge of Allegiance. Certification Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that the journals for the sixty-eighth through seventieth legislative days be approved as certified by the Secretary.
