Representatives Cissna, Kohring, Kookesh, Moses, Ogan, and Sanders were absent. Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that Representatives Morgan and Whitaker be excused from a call of the House today. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The invocation was offered by the Chaplain Designee, Representative Bunde. Representative Hudson moved and asked unanimous consent that the invocation be spread on the journal. There being no objection, it appears below: Thank you, Mr. Speaker, for the privilege of what I hope is our last invocation of the session. Id like to share with the body two Irish proverbs in recognition of the heritage of our Speaker and a very good friend and couple who shelter me from time to time here in Juneau. Lord, may You grant that our neighbors respect us, trouble neglect us, angels protect us, and Heaven accept us. Lord, also, may those who love us, truly love us, and those that 2000-05-06 House Journal Page 3818 dont, may God turn their hearts, and if he doesnt turn their hearts, may He turn their ankles so we would know them by their limp. CERTIFICATION OF THE JOURNAL Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the journal for the second legislative day of the Third Special Session be approved as certified by the Chief Clerk. There being no objection, it was so ordered. SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the notice and publication requirements be waived and the citation, Honoring - Senator Tim Kelly, be taken up as a Special Order of Business at this time. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that all members of the House be shown as cosponsors of the citation.
