MESSAGES FROM THE SENATE HCR 15 A message dated February 11, 2000, was read stating the Senate has passed: HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 15(title am) Requesting the governor to proclaim March 2000 as Developmental Disability Awareness Month. HCR 15(title am) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
