Representatives Berkowitz, Coghill, and Moses had been previously excused from a call of the House today. Representative Cowdery was absent and his presence was noted later. Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that Representative Kemplen be excused from a call of the House until 9:30p.m., plane time, today. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The invocation was offered by Pastor Paul D. Beran of the Resurrection Lutheran Church. Representative Dyson moved and asked unanimous consent that the invocation be spread on the journal.
