and Mulder were absent and their presence was noted later.                     
                                                                               
Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that                    
Representative Joule be excused from a call of the House from                  
9:00a.m. to 9:30 p.m. today.  There being no objection, it was so              
ordered.                                                                       
                                                                               
The invocation was offered by the Chaplain, Envoy Craig Fanning of             
the Salvation Army.  Representative Green moved and asked                      
unanimous consent that the invocation be spread on the journal.  There
