The Rules Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 98 An Act                       
relating to teacher tenure. Signing to calendar: Senator Tim Kelly,            
Chair, Senators Miller, Leman, Pearce. Signing under other

SENATE BILL NO. 33 An Act relating to the Task Force on                        
Privatization; and providing for an effective date was read the                
second time.                                                                   
                                                                               
Senator Torgerson, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for              
the adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page               
767. Senator Ellis objected, then withdrew his objection. There being          
no further objections, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 33(FIN) An Act                   
relating to contracts for the performance of certain state functions           
previously performed by state employees and to the Commission on               
Privatization and Delivery of Government Services; and providing for           
an effective date was adopted and read the second time.
