Senator Mackie was excused from a call of the Senate. Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that Senator Halford be excused from a call of the Senate on March 25. Senator Adams offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 8, following line 3: Insert new material to read: "Sec. 18.16.040. Exemption.
