The roll was taken with the following result: HCR 26 Second Reading - Final Passage YEAS: 17 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 3 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Adams, Donley, Ellis, Green, Halford, Hoffman, Kelly, Leman, Lincoln, Miller, Pearce, Phillips, Sharp, Taylor, Torgerson, Ward, Wilken Excused: Duncan, Mackie, Parnell and so, HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 26 passed the Senate, was signed by the President and Secretary and returned to the House. Reconsideration of Senate Bills SB 240 Senator Halford requested that the reconsideration on SENATE BILL NO. 240 An Act repealing the tax on punchboards and coin- operated amusement and gaming devices; and providing for an effective date be taken up. The bill was before the Senate on reconsideration. Senator Halford offered Title Amendment No. 1: Page 1, lines 1-2: Delete and gaming Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of Title Amendment No. 1. Without objection, Title Amendment No. 1 was adopted.
