The following was read the second time:                                        
HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 15                                            
Authorizing a recess by the Senate and the House of                           
Representatives for a period of more than three days.                          
The following fiscal note applies:                                             
Zero fiscal note, House Rules Committee, 3/20/97                               
Representative Kelly placed a call of the House.                               
The call was satisfied.
