A message dated June 9, 1998, was received stating the Governor is             
transmitting the engrossed and enrolled copies of the following                
resolution to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:

Relating to renewal of the bilateral aviation agreement concerning            
the mandatory Anchorage stopover for Russian carriers on                       
transpacific routes between the Russian Far East and the United
