Senator Halford, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that                 
Uniform Rule 23 be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 1008 An Act                       
relating to transportation of public school students; relating to school       
construction grants; relating to state foundation aid and                      
supplementary state aid for education; and providing for an effective          
date for the Finance Committee meeting on May 13.  Senator                     
Duncan objected.                                                               
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw his              
motion.  Without objection, it was so ordered.
