Senator Donley moved and asked unanimous consent that he be                    
shown as a cosponsor on SENATE BILL NO. 103 "An Act                            
providing an income tax credit for certain taxpayers who provide               
child care for their employee's minor children; and providing for an           
effective date."   Without objection, it was so ordered.                       
Senator Lincoln moved and asked unanimous consent that she be                  
excused from a call of the Senate on March 24.  Without objection,
