Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the                     
reconsideration on SENATE BILL NO. 121 "An Act making an                       
appropriation for deferred maintenance for the University of Alaska;           
and providing for an effective date" be held to April 18.  Without             
objection, it was so ordered.

Senator Duncan requested that the reconsideration on CS FOR                    
SENATE BILL NO. 88(FIN) "An Act establishing a pilot program                   
for charter schools; and providing for an effective date" be taken up.         
                                                                               
Senator Pearce called the Senate.  Senator Pearce lifted the call.             
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 88(FIN) was before the Senate on                        
reconsideration.                                                               
                                                                               
The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CS FOR SENATE BILL
