Full Journal pdf1996-04-24 Senate Journal Page 3518 HB 413 The Conference Committee considering SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 413(FIN) An Act making appropriations for the operating and capital expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health program; and providing for an effective date and CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 413(FIN) respectfully requests limited powers of free conference on the following specific points: Specific points are identical to the specific points requested by the Conference Committee on HOUSE BILL NO. 412 (pages 3494-3517). Signing the report: Senator Halford, Chair, Senators Frank, Zharoff, Representative Hanley, Chair, Representatives Foster, Grussendorf. President Pearce granted the Senate members limited powers of free conference as requested. Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that he be allowed to resign as Chair of the Conference Committee on HOUSE BILL NO. 413. Without objection, President Pearce appointed Senator Frank as Chair of the Conference Committee on the above bill. Senator Halford will act as a member of the Conference Committee. The Secretary was requested to notify the House.
