HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 21 Suspending                                  
Uniform Rule 42(e) of the Alaska State Legislature concerning                  
House Bill No. 9, relating to recovery of damages from persons                 
having legal custody of a minor when property is destroyed by the              
minor, and to recovery from a minor's permanent fund dividend for              
injury or damage caused by the minor, which had been held in                   
second reading (page 1782) was before the Senate on final passage.             
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION                        
NO. 21 Suspending Uniform Rule 42(e) of the Alaska State                       
Legislature concerning House Bill No. 9, relating to recovery of               
damages from persons having legal custody of a minor when                      
property is destroyed by the minor, and to recovery from a minor's             
permanent fund dividend for injury or damage caused by the minor,
