There being no further objections, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 335(FIN) An Act relating to big game guides and transporters; and providing for an effective date (Title change authorized by SCR 27) was adopted and read the second time. Senators Duncan, Donley, Ellis offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 21, line 5: Delete Sec. 10 in its entirety. Renumber Sections Accordingly. Senator Duncan moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1.
