HJR 25                                                                       
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that CS FOR                  
SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO.                              
25(RES) Relating to a ban on trawling in the eastern Gulf of Alaska            
east of 140 degrees west longitude, be held to the May 13 calendar.            
Without objection, it was so ordered.

Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that CS FOR                  
HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 9(JUD) Requesting the governor                      
to file suit in the United States Supreme Court against the United             
States government alleging violations of the civil rights of Americans         
listed as prisoners of war or missing in action in Southeast Asia,             
demanding that documents concerning these individuals be released;             
and requesting the other states to join in this suit, be held to the
