	Insert a new subsection to read:                                              
		"(g) A school district may only lay off tenured                              
teachers if the district also reduces the number of its administrators         
in proportion to the reduction in teaching staff."                             
                                                                               
Senator Zharoff moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 2.
