Senator Donley moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be held in second reading to the March 28 calendar. Senator Sharp objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no further objections, it was so ordered. SENATE BILL NO. 312 will appear in second reading on the March 28 calendar.
