CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 65(HES) am "An Act establishing a                        
loan guarantee and interest rate subsidy program for assistive                 
technology" was read the third time.                                           
                                                                               
Senators Frank, Halford, Sharp, Miller moved and asked unanimous               
consent that they be shown as cross sponsors on the bill.  Without             
objection, it was so ordered.                                                  
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 65(HES)                      
am "An Act establishing a loan guarantee and interest rate subsidy             
program for assistive technology" pass the Senate?"  The roll was
