Senators Kelly, Pearce moved and asked unanimous consent that they be shown as cross sponsors on the bill. Without objection, it was so ordered. 1996-04-27 Senate Journal Page 3634 HB 18 Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.
