Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that CSSSSB 181(FIN) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Objection was heard and withdrawn. There being no further objection, it was so ordered. CSSSSB 181(FIN) was read the third time. Representative Toohey declared a conflict of interest. **Representative Kelly was excused due to illness.
