The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 3,             
1996, calendar (page 4305), was read the third time:                           
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 264(JUD)                                               
An Act limiting the authority of courts to suspend the imposition             
of sentence in criminal cases.                                                 
Representative Brown placed a call of the House and lifted the call.           
The question being:  Shall CSSB 264(JUD) pass the House?  The
