                               RECONSIDERATION                               
                                                                               
HCR 5                                                                        
Representative Mackie gave notice of reconsideration of his vote on            
HCR 5 (page 281).                                                              
                                                                               
Representative Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that the               
reconsideration of HCR 5 be taken up on the same day.  There being             
no objection, it was so ordered.                                               
                                                                               
HCR 5 was again before the House in second reading.                            
                                                                               
The question to be reconsidered:  "Shall HCR 5 pass the House?"  The
