There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                   
                                                                               
Representative Vezey moved that the House concur in the Senate                 
amendment to CSHJR 54(RES) am, thus adopting SCS CSHJR
54(RES), and recommended that the members vote yes.                            
                                                                               
The question being:  Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment            
to CSHJR 54(RES) am?  The roll was taken with the following result:

The Speaker waived the Finance Committee referral for the following

An Act relating to payment requirements for retention in the                  
Pioneers' Home; and providing for an effective date.                           
                                                                               
HB 384 was removed from the Finance Committee and referred to the
