Representative Vezey moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHJR 54(RES) am, thus adopting SCS CSHJR 54(RES), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHJR 54(RES) am? The roll was taken with the following result: SCS CSHJR 54(RES) Concur YEAS: 36 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 1 ABSENT: 3 Yeas: Austerman, Barnes, Bunde, B.Davis, G.Davis, Elton, Finkelstein, Foster, Green, Grussendorf, Ivan, James, Kelly, Kohring, Kott, Kubina, Long, Mackie, Martin, Masek, Moses, Mulder, Navarre, Nicholia, Ogan, Parnell, Phillips, Porter, Robinson, Rokeberg, Sanders, Therriault, Toohey, Vezey, Williams, Willis Excused: Brice Absent: Brown, Davies, Hanley And so, the House concurred in the Senate amendment, thus adopting SCS CSHJR 54(RES). The Chief Clerk was instructed to so notify the Senate. SCS CSHJR 54(RES) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment. HB 384 The Speaker waived the Finance Committee referral for the following at the request of Representative Foster, Co-chair: HOUSE BILL NO. 384 An Act relating to payment requirements for retention in the Pioneers' Home; and providing for an effective date. HB 384 was removed from the Finance Committee and referred to the Rules Committee for placement on the calendar.
