The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 5,             
1995, calendar (page 1895), was read the third time:                           
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 117(HES)                                               
"An Act establishing a statewide independent living council and               
clarifying its relationship with existing agencies; and providing for          
an effective date."                                                            
                                                                               
Representative Toohey moved and asked unanimous consent that                   
CSSB117(HES) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose            
of considering Amendment No. 1.  There being no objection, it was so
