Amendment No. 28 was offered by Representative Elton: Page 8, lines 18 through page 9, line 4: Delete all material Insert a new section to read: "Sec. 38. The sum of $764,500 is appropriated to the Alaska marine highways fund from the general fund for payment of the monetary terms of the collective bargaining agreement between the state and the Inland Boatman's Union for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1996." Renumber the following bill sections accordingly.
