The following, which had been held in second reading to today's                
calendar (page 1791), was again before the House:                              
HOUSE BILL NO. 224                                                            
"An Act relating to the state plumbing code."                                 
with a motion pending to adopt the following committee substitute in           
lieu of the original bill (page 1790):

There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                   
Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that                    
CSHB224(STA) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading                
and placed on final passage.  There being no objection, it was so              
CSHB 224(STA) was read the third time.                                         
The question being:  "Shall CSHB 224(STA) pass the House?"  The
