Full Journal pdf1996-04-26 Senate Journal Page 3604 HB 2 Senators Halford, Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that they be shown as cross sponsors on CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 2(FIN) An Act providing for incarceration of certain nonviolent offenders in boot camps operated by the Department of Corrections; making prisoners who complete the boot camp program eligible for furloughs and discretionary parole; allowing the Department of Corrections to contract with a person for a boot camp program; creating the Boot Camp Program Advisory Board in the Department of Corrections. Without objection, it was so ordered. RECESS Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the Senate stand in recess to a call of the Chair.
