Senators Donley, Frank, Jacko, Leman, Pearce, Rieger, Salo were absent. The prayer was offered by the Chaplain, the Reverend Laura Minnich Lockey of the Holy Trinity Episcopal Church. Senator Zharoff moved and asked unanimous consent that the prayer be spread. Without objection, it was so ordered.
