RECESS Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the Senate stand in recess to a call of the Chair. Without objection, the Senate recessed at 1:05 p.m. AFTER RECESS The Senate reconvened at 1:49 p.m. HB 69 SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 69(RLS) am S "An Act relating to registration of and information about sex offenders and amending Alaska Rules of Criminal Procedure 11(c) and 32(b)" was before the Senate in third reading. Senator Little moved that SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 69(RLS) am S be returned to second reading for the purpose of a specific amendment, that being Amendment No. 4. Senator Taylor objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no further objections, the bill was returned to second reading. Senator Little offered Amendment No. 4 as corrected: Page 5, line 11: After "shall" add: "complete the registration of the sex offender and" Page 5, line 17: After "reside" add: "; and (3) the village public safety officer of the rural community without a municipal police officer or a trooper post in which the inmate will reside."
