Full Journal pdf1994-03-03 Senate Journal Page 3058 HB 69 Senator Phillips offered Amendment No. 2 : Page 1, line 8, following "safety;": Insert a new paragraph to read: "(4) public disclosure of this information must be balanced with the need for protection of minor victims of sexual offenses;" Renumber the following paragraph accordingly. Page 4, line 15: Delete "as" Insert new material to read: "when (1) it has been determined under regulations adopted by the Department of Public Safety that the disclosure of the information will not unreasonably compromise the privacy of a minor who is not a sex offender; in adopting the regulations the department shall consult with the Council on Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault; and (2) the information disclosed is limited" Senator Phillips moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 2. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 2 be adopted?"
