Amendment No. 1 by Davidson: Page 1, line 3: Insert: "WHEREAS Alaska's subsistence fisheries is an important use of our fisheries resources; and" Representative Davidson moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that HR 3am pass the House. There being no objection, HR 3am passed the House and was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment and enrollment. HR 4 The following was read the second time: HOUSE RESOLUTION NO. 4 Establishing a House Special Committee on Oil and Gas.
